I (May) Have Come to a Decision

*dun* *dun* *dun*

After much googling and senseless wasting of time on the internet trying to avoid my homework, I think I may have found a hairstyle to try out.

For those of you that may not know, this is Sgt Jill Stevens, Miss Utah 2007. If you get a chance, you should google her and read her story. She is a combat medic for the Utah National Guard, and was crowned Miss Utah in 2007. When she went to Miss America, she was "America's Choice" meaning that out of the 52 contestants, she was the one America picked to continue in the top 15. Pretty sweet!

Eventually she was eliminated, but her story goes to show that you aren't just one thing in life -- she was a soldier and a beauty queen. I guess you can have the best of both worlds.

Anyway, I love the way her hairstyle is long looking, but still short enough to wear in uniform (which she is required to do anyway!). I think this is the direction to try!

What do you think?

You do realize that this is typical mormon hair...and it is the exact cut I was going to get before I went with the second most popular mormon haircut.

I love it!

I love it too. ( I might steal it too...) Can't wait to see pictures! Where do you get your hair cut? I haven't found a place I like here, so I still go to SF.

I think its cute and "swingy". Knowling you-- you'll probably freak out for the first little while-- and maybe end up growing it out next year-- but why not go for it? It always grows back!
